By creating an account, accessing, or using SiteProof AI ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or contracting entity (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, or roofing company), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SiteProof AI provides mobile and web-based job site documentation software designed for contractors. Key features include GPS-stamped photo logging, AI optical equipment scanning, electronic customer sign-off signature capture, and automated compliance PDF report generation.

3. Digital Signatures & Compliance

Digital customer signatures collected via SiteProof AI are designed to meet electronic signature legal standards under the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

You acknowledge that SiteProof AI acts as a software provider for documentation recording and does not provide formal legal representation or legal advice in property damage disputes.

4. User Account & Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and technician access permissions.
• You agree not to upload fraudulent photos, alter EXIF GPS metadata, or misuse the AI equipment scanner.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when documenting customer property.

5. Subscriptions & Lifetime Beta Rates

Subscribers enrolled under our Founding Member / Beta offer receive locked-in 50% discount pricing for the lifetime of their active subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteProof AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
