B. Job Site Documentation Data

To provide our core service, our application collects job site photos, EXIF metadata (including precise GPS latitude/longitude coordinates and device timestamps), serial numbers extracted via AI nameplate scanning, job IDs, and digital customer signatures captured on mobile devices.

C. Device & Technical Information

We automatically collect device parameters (OS version, device model), IP addresses, browser type, diagnostic crash reports, and system usage analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Generating tamper-proof, GPS & time-stamped photo logs and compliance PDF reports.
  • Processing AI optical character recognition (OCR) on equipment serial plates.
  • Verifying customer digital sign-offs for legal compliance under ESIGN & UETA standards.
  • Sending transactional account notifications, status updates, and support communications.
  • Improving app performance, security, and dispute defense features.

All customer documentation, photos, and signature data are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our databases and file storage are hosted on SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud infrastructure.
